These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of Good Home Hub (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Using the Site means you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms. We may update or revise these Terms at any time without advance notice, so we’d encourage checking back periodically whenever you use the Site. If you don’t agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

Modifying Or Suspending The Site

At our sole discretion and at any time, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any service, feature, content, or product available through it, with or without notice. You agree that we carry no liability to any third party for such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Your License To Access The Site

As long as you follow these Terms, Good Home Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the Site and make personal, non-commercial use of it and any related services. This license doesn’t cover reselling or commercially using Site content, downloading or copying registration data for another business’s benefit, creating derivative works from the Site or its content, or deploying robots, data-mining tools, or similar extraction methods.

No part of the Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Intellectual Property

Everything on this Site, including its Content, belongs to us, our affiliates, or our licensors, and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Under these Terms, you’re granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Comments, Reviews, And Other Content You Post

The Site may let you post comments, reviews, or other content (“Posted Content”). By providing Posted Content, you confirm that you either own it or have the content owner’s express authorization to submit or post it.

Submitting or posting content grants us, and anyone we authorize, a royalty-free, non-exclusive, fully sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, display, copy, modify, transmit, cache, store, archive, index, categorize, comment on, tag, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, and digitally or publicly perform or display your Posted Content, in whole or in part, through any medium now known or later developed, for any purpose. Posting content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable or harmful to third parties is strictly prohibited, as is content containing software viruses, commercial solicitations, political campaigning, mass mailings, chain letters, or spam of any kind. Using a false email address, impersonating another person or entity, or otherwise misrepresenting the origin of your content is also not allowed.

We reserve the right, though not the obligation, to remove or edit such content, and we don’t regularly monitor everything posted. We may oversee, edit, or remove content or activity at our discretion, but we accept no responsibility or liability for Posted Content submitted by you or any third party.

Registration And Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use or register with the Site. Certain services, however — such as purchasing products, entering sweepstakes, or participating in sampling and gifting programs — may require you to be at least 18. Disclaimer Of Warranties And Limits On Liability

Ending Your Access

Should that happen, you’ll lose access to whatever portion of the Site was affected by the cancellation or termination.

Restrictions tied to any material you’ve downloaded from the Site, along with the disclaimers and liability limitations set out in these Terms, will remain in effect even after your access is terminated.

Governing Law, Disputes, And Venue

Together with our Privacy Policy, this Agreement represents the complete and exclusive understanding between Good Home Hub and you regarding the Site and its Services. It supersedes any prior agreement, proposal, or communication between us, whether oral or written, including anything found elsewhere on the Site.

This Agreement is governed by, and will be interpreted under, the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute connected to your use of, visit to, or interaction with the Site, including compliance with these Terms, will be resolved through binding confidential arbitration in the State of California, as described in the Arbitration section below.

Notwithstanding the above, if you’ve violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights in any way, we reserve the right to pursue injunctive or other appropriate relief in the state courts of California or the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and you consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION YOU MAY HAVE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF WHEN IT ACCRUES, OR IT WILL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Disputes arising under these Terms or connected to the Site will proceed only on an individual basis, not as part of any class, consolidated, joined, or representative action. Both parties expressly waive any right to initiate or join such proceedings. Our agreement to arbitrate disputes serves as consideration for this waiver.

Although we retain the right to modify these Terms, any change we make to the dispute-resolution or arbitration provisions will not apply retroactively to claims that arose before the modification took effect.

Arbitration

Any arbitration under these Terms follows the prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision is binding and can be entered as a judgment in any court with proper jurisdiction. If arbitration turns out not to be permitted under applicable law for any reason, both parties waive their right to a jury trial as well as any right to bring or join a class, consolidated, representative, or similar proceeding.
